Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

  • Items labeled as “Final Sale.”

3. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Contact contact@ezposture.store within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
